What is the delivery process?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

What are the conditions for returns?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that several types of goods, including earrings, are exempt from being returned. Each return request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis unless it is a defective item, which should not be the case as items are pre-inspected.
